Project Highlights: Zeiglar of Fort Wayne

We’re proud to share that the Zeigler dealership project is fully complete. This successful delivery reflects strong collaboration, proactive planning, and FED’s ability to lead complex site development while keeping business moving. FED led site development and partnered closely with the Zeigler team to deliver the project while keeping the dealership fully operational throughout construction.

A key milestone included the relocation of an existing residential road, improving site access and long-term functionality. FED also coordinated approvals, inspections, and documentation across more than 20 municipal departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient path from planning through completion.

Strong communication and collaboration drove this project’s success. The Zeigler team remained solution-focused from start to finish, and local trade partners played an important role in delivering quality work on schedule.

Steel Spotlight: Clare County Road Commission

Our steel crew is hard at work on this project, which includes four buildings totaling 51,000 sq ft. They have completed banding on the service garage portion of this project and will begin installing fabric, insulation, and roof panels. The crane rail steel has been installed, and next will be the hoist pit rails.
