Project Spotlight: Fick & Sons Propane Office
At FED, we’re known for steel buildings, but our expertise extends far beyond a single building system. We understand commercial construction from concept to completion and deliver solutions tailored to each client’s vision, budget, and long-term goals.
We’re currently building two new facilities for repeat client Fick & Sons: a new propane office in Grayling and a gas station in Kalkaska. For the propane office, our team determined that wood framing was the best fit for the project’s design and functionality. The photos below capture the progress as the building begins to take shape. It’s always exciting to see a project move from plans on paper to a structure that will serve a business and its community for years to come. We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue building with a valued repeat customer like Fick & Sons.

After our team building, we gathered with our families for the annual FED family BBQ at the warehouse. This is always a great opportunity to express our appreciation to the families supporting the FED team, as we know they couldn’t perform at their best without their support.
