The Clare County Road Commission project is a new facility consisting of four pre-engineered metal buildings designed to provide a modern, durable, and energy-efficient space for long-term community use. The development includes a service garage, parking garage, and supporting infrastructure built to support daily operations and future needs.
Office Building:
Remaining sinks and plumbing fixtures have been installed. Data port installation is underway, and the data rack is being set up. Appliances have been delivered as interior spaces near completion.
Truck Storage:
Rough grading for trench drains and curbs is complete. The west trench drain has been formed and poured, with floor insulation installed. Work has begun on forming the east trench drain.
Service Garage:
Radiant floor tubing and slab pours are complete. Fire suppression piping has been installed in multiple areas, with work continuing in the mezzanine. Masonry walls are underway, liner panels are complete in key areas, and insulation and fabric installation between buildings is finished. Plumbing and electrical rough-ins have begun within masonry walls.
Office Building:
Install windowsills, finalize bathroom partitions, complete data rack installation and wiring, and receive the ATS for the generator.
Truck Storage:
Finish forming and pouring trench drains, begin radiant floor tubing, form ramps and curbs, and continue installing floor insulation along the east wall.
Service Garage:
Frame interior walls, complete masonry work, begin installing ductwork in the mezzanine, continue liner panels in the wash bay, complete fire suppression piping and begin pump connections, and start garage door installation.
