March 2026 Edition

The relationships we build with our clients mean everything to us. One of the most helpful ways others discover and learn about our work is through the experiences our customers, subcontractors, and people familiar with our values share online.

If you have worked with our team, we would truly appreciate it if you could take a moment to leave us a Google review.

As a small thank you this March, we are sending a $5 Biggby Coffee gift card to anyone who leaves a review, because great feedback deserves great coffee. If you are not familiar, FED built the Biggby Coffee located right here in Gladwin. Supporting the businesses and communities we help build is something we truly value. We would love to hear that our review promotion made its way back to local business owners and past customers.

Project Highlights: Wrapping up at Bishop

Project Type: Dealership Showroom Addition
Building Size: 4,708 sq. ft.
Key Features: Showroom, vehicle delivery bay, customer lounge, service write-up area
Delivery: Completed 1 month ahead of schedule
Budget: Delivered under budget with contingency returned to the owner

The new space now houses the sales, finance, and administrative teams, while each end of the building adds important functionality including a new vehicle delivery bay and a comfortable customer lounge. Just steps away, customers are welcomed into the service write-up area, which was completed ahead of the showroom to help maintain smooth operations during construction. The exterior features a striking ACM panel system that gives the building a bold, modern appearance and helps the facility stand out.

“Dealerships are often challenging as they are operating a business, working around construction. At no point in this build did either side lose progress. Constant communication and high-level oversight were the key to what I would say was operational excellence.”
Dylan Jackson | FED Project Manager

“Being able to hand over a finished product that they genuinely enjoy and that elevates their brand while supporting their continued growth was incredibly fulfilling. It was also a pleasure working alongside a dedicated and talented group of subcontractors. Their professionalism and commitment to quality made all the difference, and without their efforts, this new showroom would not have been possible.” Hunter | FED Site Supervisor

Inside FED:

The FED team is excited to partner with Renosol as volunteers at the Clare Irish Festival this weekend.

Our team will be helping guide runners during the 5K and 10K race (with a few FED team members running in it themselves!) and hosting a tent at the finish line with donuts from the renowned Cops & Doughnuts for all participants to enjoy. If you are attending the race, be sure to stop by our tent after the run and say hello to the FED team this Saturday.

We were proud to celebrate Women in Construction Week celebrating all the amazing women on our team who make what we do possible!
