What Is the Lakewood Shores Project?

The Lakewood Shores project is the rebuild of a golf clubhouse in Oscoda, Michigan. The new facility will restore an important space for the golf course and its guests, creating a new clubhouse designed to support the property and its operations for years to come.

What Progress Has Been Made?

Foundation construction is well underway for the new Lakewood Shores clubhouse. Foundation walls have been formed and poured, with wall forms removed and foundation insulation installed. Backfilling has also progressed around the completed foundations, bringing the project closer to the next stage of construction.

What’s Next?

The next phase will focus on completing foundation backfilling and beginning additional site infrastructure. Crews will start forming the patio walls while plumbing contractors mobilize and begin underground plumbing installation.
